It's like mind blowing that people are getting pissed of on the forum and pissed they don't get replies from GTM.
I just called them. Sam picked up after the 2nd or 3rd ring. Very nice, polite, understanding of peoples' frustrations with them. Guys, (and I know some of you have done it) but pick up the phone and just call them... I did also ask and suggest that Sam gives some sort of update, anything would ease or minds more than silence. Just don't be lazy as the consumer, just give them a call
