You guys are going to get to show off much more than just the 16gs!

OK I cant take it anymore, im on the list!

Only question I have for anyone with experience, my 12" Nismo is my DD usually. Just looking for fun on the road and not really the track or drag (maybe occaisonally). I am leaning towards the 16g kit for the quick sppol times. If I do not plan to build any further, does an 18g make any sense?

What are you folks planning when/if you get this kit?

If you are after quick spool, then the 16g's are the way to go. They'll make 500whp, so that is not an issue. The 18g's will have better top end with headroom to expand should you decide to build the engine later on down the road, but since you don't plan on it, the 16g's are going to be your best bet.

Keep in mind that their system is basically modular, so should you ever outgrow the 16gs, then you should be able to swap in some 18 or 20gs without much fuss.

I just made a money transfer for this kit to the side. I'm just going to hold out this track season while NA. Plans are to build motor possible. See what happens.

What are the road course track use implications of this kit or with any tt application.. i.e. what else must be considered with the extra heat, fuel use, etc.? I have a 25 row oil cooler and phunk's accessory 255lph walbro fuel pump. just trying to gauge total cost of parts needed.

Maybe two 25 rows and an upgraded's radiator. GTM's upgraded radiator and SPAL fan kit, though expensive is the best I've seen for the platform. I would look at something like that

I plan to run the 16G with only about 425whp. Just to get that edge. I have a 34R cooler. I'll add another on top of the GTM high capacity oil pan. Bigger radiator/ fans. Turbo blankets. Maybe some more ducting. I've been talking to two guys that are not on this forum who have been tracking with the Greddy 20G kit well over 500whp. So they informed me of how it's very possible to keep temps down on smaller kits.

This is an awesome price! I have the money available to buy this if the group buy goes down and definitely could finance it! One concern though is if these turbos will need to be changed later if i want to make over 550whp? Also that 11psi at just under 500whp on the mustang dyno is that on a stock block? Pm im very interested

I garuntee those 20g's will make well over 600whp. stock engine car IIRC. if u are looking for a crazy build down the road, then the garret based gtm kit may be a better starting point for you. but IMO, this kit will be the best kit u can buy for a stock block car. quicker spool, and turbos that have proven themselves reliable for over a decade.
