For the GTM Stage 2 SC I have a neighbor who said he will sell me his for 4K because he plans on going turbo and it has 13k miles on it, just haven't decided do I want to be carb legal or have to pay for "smogs" after my 4 years are up. And if anything for the tranny I can just go with the Stage 3 or just wait until they have it and just pay for the core charge and ship mine back.

Man, GTM is in bad shape right now. Don't plan a build around anything you have to get from them for the time being. If they're still around down the line, revisit the decision.

Fast intentions is putting one of their turbo kits on an AT car. Wait and see what they come up with.

i spoke to level 10 and they offer a wide variety of package deals, up to 700whp holding capabilities, 12,000 mile warranty around $4,200 installed. this is another feasible idea for anyone looking to stay away from GTM. I can't wait to see what Fast Intentions has to offer! I wonder if any of these have a valve body upgrade

level 10 stuff looks good and the price is way lower than GTM.......probably better response time as well :stirthepot:

but in their nissan section i'm not seeing the 370 auto tranny part number listed in the description.

these are listed: RE5R05A,RL4F03A,RE4F04A, RE4F04B,RE4R01A,RE4R03A,RESF22A

i think the 370 7AT tranny is JR710E

am i wrong? just curiousity here lol

You could be. I called up and specifically asked about the 7AT tranny for the G37/370z. I made sure he was referring to the 7AT not the 5AT. Give them a call they are in northern NJ and the guy SharpbyCoop had good luck with them for the most part, he did a built twin turbo g37 coupe. Can't beat the fact they are willing to warranty their work and promised 1 week turnaround time! I'm probably headed down the path of a built twin turbo g37xs sedan...exploring my options, just hope FI sheds some light on what they plan on selling sometime soon! the g37 boards are just radio silence.

yea i banadoned my boost plans long ago. without dumping mass amounts of cash into a tranny upgrade the boost is useless.

Yes they are and why I spend all my time on this forum. Plus Z guys are much more helpful since they seem to be more likely to push the mod envelope. I live in a city with over 4MM people and I think I'm the only turbo G37 around.

How close are you to the GTM situation? I've read that some of those customers had their car there for 1 year?! and still didn't have their issues resolved? that's scary. they promise the world, but can't deliver. They offer the VK60 and VK56 engine swaps, when cows fly? lol. I emailed sam and haven't heard back from him in almost 2 weeks. spoke to him over the phone, but still i have unanswered questions. The other salesperson on the phone was mentioning more of a 2-3 month turnaround time, at $7000 nearly, thats absurd.

Yes he did. thats why i specifically asked about the 7AT, not the 5AT that he had work done to.

Anyone else have any experiences with Level 10?
