Thank you for taking an interest in our products. We can do it all for you, the works if you like. I can quote out a turn key finished package deal with everything installed. The best way to get a quote going is to either email me directly: tony@fastintentions.com or call me directly.

Thanks, Tony

Whoops, I screwed that one up. I got you and SgtGoldy confused. Either way, we look forward to getting our kit on both of your cars.

Thanks, Tony

Is there a spec sheet on the prototype that generated the dyno results in this thread somewhere? Looking for which parts of the 'kit' were used. I still have 15 pages to go! Haha.

We were at the foundry this morning and the first 5 sets are poured and will be ready for us to pick up later this week. From there we are taking them straight to our machinist for final machining. As soon as he gives us a timeframe we will start scheduling our installs.

Thanks, Tony

Update,

This day has been months overdue. Below you will see our exhaust manifolds freshly casted in raw form. This is a huge hurdle considering we have been told this is the most complex manifold they have ever sand casted.

They are off to the machinist Monday morning for final "finishing & machining." We should have the remainder of our order from the foundry shortly. As soon as we have them back we will start doing the installations on the cars already in house. After the install is "perfected" we will fulfill all of our current outstanding orders.

I want to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers who have patiently waited with us through this long process. As you all know we have gone over what we originally promised as far as the projected ship date. This project is very large and requires many people to be involved. Unfortunately when you are bringing something like this to life there are speed bumps in the road and things that create stalls at certain times. Everyone involved is doing their best day in and day out to get our kit in our consumers and distributors hands. For the nearly 10 years we have been in business we have dedicated ourselves to give you by far the best quality and customer service on all of our products. I have no doubt that when you as the end consumer sees first hand what has gone in to our kit you will be more than satisfied.

Thank you, Tony

Those are freakin sweet!! Anyone can make cast manifolds.. But these show real intent of a very smooth free flow design and even aesthetics with the logo. Top notch work!

Thank you! It has been a long process to get to this point. We are starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

It is hard to say. We are going to perfect the install so once shipped out the installer has no curve balls thrown at them so to speak. We are working tirelessly day in and day out to finish the production kit. If you are waiting for the FedEx guy, you will be waiting for a while. We ship UPS. That reminds me, I called and left you a message today. I know when we last spoke you had talked about potentially sending your car to us for the install. Give me a ring on my cell or at the shop when you have a chance.

What kind of GT30 series turbo's can u fit?? Curious for the built motor potential customers. Are they custom machined housings to make it fit?

In all of our computer simulations most GT30 Series Turbochargers fit the car in our kit with no modification. Using our calculations from the centerline of the Compressor Housing, it cleared the exhaust manifold and surrounding areas. Using our TiAL exhaust housings should give you enough room. There are a few GT30 Series Turbos that have larger Compressor Housings. Those few will not fit our current application.

The GT3071 and GT3076 should fit. Until we actually test fit ourselves it is all an educated guess! Like I said though, we are confident there will be no issues.

Thanks, Tony

F.I. Inc. 09-24-2013 11:30 AM

010: armbar3
011: hjo1078

That all being said, I can use this time here as a mini update. Our Machinist is working away finishing the fist batch of exhaust manifolds. We have already made preparations to start doing installs very shortly. These are not just test installs but actual installs of people on this list above. We will take that time to perfect our installation manual and god willing start shipping kits shortly after that. Bottom line, it is imperative that the installation manual is spot on so you as the consumer or your installer has smooth sailing for the install.

Thank you, Tony

Can you pass this info on to me as well? The oil filter location with the sandwich plate I've got on there now is annoying the hell out of me.
