E85 is like everywhere in the Bay Area. It's amazing. Once you go outside the bay area though it becomes more scarce unless you are in southern california

It's not good here in SoCal either. There are like 2 stations in San Diego, neither of which is remotely convenient.

Really, because my friend has his Supra on E85 and lives in O.C. tells me their all over the place.

LA and the IE have lots of stations

flex-fuel-station-finder

Edit: Although when i lived in WI you could throw a rock from flex station to flex staion there are hundreds there

It is everywhere here at Mile high. Although right now were getting crappy winter blends with 68% E.

I just filled for $2.89/gal. :ughdance:

There's few here in south Florida. Also would be a good idea to call the stations up and verify they have e85. Few links I've followed up on I've called the few stations on the links for e85 and some didn't even carry it.
I wish it was more available and local. I like to drive in my car a lot and it's just a big hassle to have to plan my way around gas stations. Hopefully soon we will see lot more e85 stations.

I'd be interested to see the comparable cost taking into account that you have to use a lot more E85 compared to regular gas to do the same amount of work.

TopgunZ 05-12-2014 07:24 PM

Oh it definitely isnt an economy thing. But it is a constant tank full of race gas at 1/3 the price.
