We are currently going through the appropriate channels to move forward with smog approval. Once the kit is in production we will have a better idea of what it going to take. The road is very long in the process and smog laws vary from state to state.

Thanks Tony, I have your exhaust as my only mod so far and still absolutely love it. I've been wanting to go FI, but have been dragging my feet on the only 50 state kit that is available. If you do go through the hassle and get CARB approval it would be worth the wait.
