Great update - Tony, if you get a chance could you give me a timeframe so I can set up shipping? I'd rather not have to pay more by setting it up right before it actually goes on the truck.

I will call you when I come up fir air. Seriously though, set it up for arrival anytime after the 1st of January. Everything is here waiting to be installed.
