longtube headers,forced induction and vvel
if your supercharged and add longtube headers will that cause you to lose power because of vvel
i ask because vvel may let more boost pass the valves on a free flowing exhaust longtube vs shorties

What are you talking about? I have ran this setup and it works 100% and a LTH setup with a SC is the ideal exhaust setup.

How does one go about running long tube headers and a turbo?

For the same reason, too much valve overlap @ high RPM causing charge to exit cylinder before combustion. I don't think it's that huge a deal at normal boost levels, but that's what they say. |

I'm getting twin SC's with my LTH's. With VVEL tuning coming around (not sure if GTM will be doing it with mine), there will be a good deal of info coming down the pipeline.

Stillen and GTM really built their systems to function with stock exhaust setups because of CARB requirements, which limits the expansion for headers & exhaust. But honestly, I have ran this setup (GTM Stage 1 SC) and it works great and I highly recommend it. -Better heat management -Stock cats will blow and if you are driving while this happens you could possibly suck part of it into the engine bay -Better flowing exhaust

I understand both sides, but I would go with whatever you want as it will work unless it does not fit which is another story.
