I would love to see this even though you have a 4.5 liter ,witch I think is the only way to get achieve or get close to 1000whp on these car's

Wiseco 10:1 custom pistons
Eagle Rods ARP L19 Head Studs New Stock OEM Head gasket Calico coated OEM bearings Deatschwerks 850cc Injectors CJM Motorsports Twin fuel pump CJM fuel Return system GTM fuel Rails Uprev GT Maf's R/T Tuning fuel feed lines HKS EVC S boost controller South Bend TZR Stage two clutch Rated @ 650 RWTQ This is pretty much what I have on my car to reach my goal of 700 whp on high boost on this engine , I have another long block that I will be building next winter . Now for people that want 550-600 whp the fuel system that I have on this list can be taken off . A simple 340 lph pump wired from the battery, and bigger 850cc injectors stock fuel rails can be used . I would also choose the K1 rods over the Eagle rods, and off the shelf 9:1 Wisceo pistons to keep things simple. Also you do not need to do anything to the head just leave it alone

This is something I would like to know my self ,however there aren't any guys pushing them on the 3.7. I will say this much there are a few DE engines that have been pushed that far though. I plan on pushing mine to around 22-23 psi ,and see where it lands.

So you pretty much left the valve train alone with this build? I don't plan to push more than 600 whp. It would be fun to have a higher rev, but not sure how VVEL would cope with that.

No need to rev higher if your not making power up top just more stress. I have mine raised just a hair to 7800 rpm's, plus I have heard of the oil pumps on older VQ's letting go at high rpm's.

I run R-Comp racing tires in the rears or drag/street style rear tires.
