Not trying to be condescending, but posts 15-17 already discussed the difference between the 5mph foam bit and the crash beam and post 23 by S&R already said that their crash beam is meant to be a safety replacement for the OEM metal crash beam. Trying to avoid any more confusion in the thread about the difference between the two.
