If this is incorrect let me know. I would rather not wreck the stock gauges, but if I can find some cheap wrecker ones somewhere then it would be that big of a deal.
The 2010 FSM is available in the Nissan 370Z Owners Manual / Service Manuals area of this site. It should tell you how the factory-trained techs do it. Might not be the best or easiest method, but it works.
