No matter what he does with the tune it just goes lean. At idle the car is super rich, It will throw a rich code, At WOT and boosting, it goes the other way 24/1 lean

This thing was ridden HARD on the dyno searching for a lean problem. And the middle post there describes the fault: An incorrect fuel line.

From what my forensics tell me, the cause (lean) was the fuel line (Who installed that?) and the effect (detonation on the dyno) was the culprit.

End result: The lower end got corrupted on those lean dyno passes straightening out an existing problem.

I really wish you better. You've been through the ringer. However, if the dealer and Infiniti have been following this sequence, there IS cause for justifiable reluctance from the dealer to honor the 'warranty'. This project went away from the initial build.

Million dollar question: Who installed the fuel line incorrectly?

I'd be cranky too.
