If you do get the dealer to rebuild the engine under warranty, I would look at forged internal parts, and buy them youselft if possible. This way you get a built block, and only have to pay for rods/pistons/studs/head gasket...and a couple of other things.
Just something to consider I guess (again if it comest to that) GL with everything.
