The reason you see GTR's with good results with ho and weight is because the car is easy to drive .It's really hard to be a bad driver in a GTR the car is a computer on wheels auto/DCT paddle shifters , and launch control not hard at all to learn how to drive one of these cars . The GTR can do every thing for you how hard is it to flick your finger to paddle shift or to usr launch control from a dig .

A TT 370z has to be driven no launch control to help from a dig the VDC is a joke, even if you have a auto it cant compare to the DCT of the GTR . I have seen enough GTR's in action in the tri state area at the drag strip and on the street there beast . I do however like the challenge of taken down a few of em with my car, the big HP ones I can't even come close to

if your asking about a stock GTR
than the TT370z will smoke it, but if the GTR has a tune, than you will be seeing tail lights

This is not true. I ran a stock gtr, i still got beat. Look up Mexican stand off g37 on YouTube.

You can mess with GTR if they were stock.. I tried it and GTR owner was disappointed somehow :D.. however don't mess with bolts on GTR lol

you're running a g37 against a gtr, the g37 weighs about the same as a gtr does stock the Z how ever is almost 400lbs lighter than the gtr, plus it all depends on your setup and how much boost you're running, if you're running 5psi than no you wont come close to a gtr but if you're running 9-13psi than you will be passing up the gtr

of course the gtr has to be stock(heck maybe even first gen as well)

Noted. The key to victory is to turn up the boost. And i shall win.

stock GT-R's put out anywhere from 380-440whp depending on the year

their biggest advantage is the transmission, they shift ungodly fast. It doesn't take much to make a stock turbo GT-R in the 550-580whp range with just bolt ons and retune.. haha

I Agree..That Dual Clutch Set Up in the GT-R is how the M5 and other premo units are built to get that performance. Unless you do the same with Z.. I would say Advantage GT-R.

I figured you'd be familiar with how the gtr transmission operated, having owned one.

The benefits being discussed are relevant to the DCT, not a multiplate clutch. The point of the clutch you bought is just to increase torque handling without increasing diameter or spring pressure.

The DCT has a pair of clutches that dramatically reduces the period of time where power is not being transmitted to the wheels.
