I know Baker Tuning is running a twin catch can setup on their TT Z. Might want to ask them. I've got a double can sitting on my workbench, but I still need to fab up a bracket before I can put it in.

I made a few custom units for the 350z:
Also made some coolant overflow tanks; Not sure where one put one on the 370z, but I am sure it could be figured out.
