Anyone interested in a GTM TT GROUP buy??
Iam interested to see if we could possibly setup or arrange a group buy form GTM for the TT setup..?? Iam on a budget as most are and Iam thinking if we can get a few people together we may be able to get a lower price.. Anyone interested??? And of course we would have to approve this through sam at gtm as well..

I'd love too but I don't think I would do this, there are a lot of other items I would be getting installed at the same time, clutch, gauges etc. that I don't think it would be beneficial to get a kit alone at this time. Overall I think the complete setup will be running just south of 20k if someone else does the install (which is likely since I do not have the time/facility/skills to do it myself). The TT ends up just a portion of the overall budget needed.

If your serious about turbo at all this is a good idea, regardless of other accessories you need you could save some good coin on this part of the set up anyway.

Just to make things clear to all who think I know nothing of the process of boosting. In 2004 I decided to do my own TT set with my 350z and I chose the APS system, saying that I managed to do the install myself in a two car garage on jackstands including installing a clutch and flywheel, APS 3.5 Downpipes. Shortly after that I wanted more boost so I bought and installed a new build motor that would hold over 1000hp with cams, arias connecting rods , etc from GTM.Needless to say my car ran perfectly and made 550whp and 502tq at 12.5psi tuned by sharif in ATL. So please keep this in mind when being sarcastic and thinking this is the first ever z to be boosted. This thread was put in place to see if a few others might be interested in possibly saving a little money.....

Mardigras, your best suggestion might be to get a vendor who sells GTM kits involved first and then start to find others.
Mainly because you might not get a discount on the TT kit itself, but the vendor might do all the installs & tuning for a cheap price and everyone is local or near local.
