When **** like this happens, it makes baby Jesus cry.
I am sympathetic to both sides of the transaction as from what I can tell seems like nothing short of a HUUUGE lack of communication from both parties and not necessarily anyone being a pain in the *** or trying to rip someone off.... When in doubt, take it to Judge Judy.
