As of right now I decided to go with a 92mm pulley to see how much power I get out of it first before going to smaller pulley.. I'm hoping my selection will always be able to get me anywhere between 480 - 500whp. Plus in the video you can see that my rev limiter has been raised pretty high so I'm pretty sure I'll still be making horsepower throughout the whole entire rpm band.

You won't get 480-500 with the 92mm pulley I had it on mine I got 450 rwhp after a good tune @ Z1

With a 6sp maybe 460 and maybe 470 if your tune is on the money, just order the 88mm pulley this way you will have what you want, you don't have to floor it all the time, plus the extra pulleys are 200 bucks a pop.

Hey guys haven't been on in a bit. so my car currently revs up to 8,000 rpm and i am about to install my supercharger kit hopefully soon. do you think its ok for me to still have 8,000 rpm rev limiter when boosting on SC kit?

I would say no, really no need for it.
I would say the only reason I would do it if I am seeing power all the way to 8k RPM limit. Even then though you will be pushing the block harder and harder each time you hit that. Built block with 8k.

I agree reving to 8k is asking for trouble, there is a boom story on here and the guy was reving the car that high.. Stay at 7300-7500,

the reason i have the rev isn't to see more power but its so when i shift i am closer to my peak HP again and don't get as much lag when going through the mid rpms..

With the 1.5 kit and the amount of power you can tune it up to, having the limiter at 7500 is plenty.
I would lower it back to stock once the kit is on and drive it for awhile and see how you like it and after that if you feel the need to raise it then go ahead but I doubt you will find a need.

I have been busy for awhile so I haven't been on the forums much I just finished putting my stage 1.5 on my new 2013 Nismo with only 300 miles on it and it feels stronger than before and very stock feeling when driven.
