You probably didn't have a problem because your still on the stock impeller that comes with the blower . It flows less CFM that the SI upgrade from vortech and 928 impeller . What are your numbers I would love to see a graph .Also are you using the same cog combo I used ?

yes same cogs, 391whp/308tq on a very conservative mustang dyno.

I can get you the Bosch EV14's. I stock 550cc injectors, and can get the 750cc, 850cc and 1150cc injectors rather quick.

Im thinking of droping in some rods, bearing and pistons, head studs aswell.
Can i do this without removing my block? I love my honda for that, rebuild a b16a in a day lol.

So a + 21 WHP with the cogs, how bad was boost leak, What do you think you picked up on the cogs alone?

No, not at all. Short block assembly has to be balanced, and bearing clearances are critical with these engines.

You are correct the Maf's won't be a problem with a larger air to air set up . I might have missed but do you have cog pulleys ?

that's really hard to say. Put it this way, i was only making 8.3psi on the 9lb pulley pre-cogged. After fixing the leak and installing the cogged pulleys, i'm now making 11.7psi.

ya that was i was looking for 3.12 is the stock pulley size

bah the wife is on my back asking me can i just work with the kit i have lol and not drop another 7-8k on my car since i just spent 17k in one year doing the blower and build motor

well looks like the twin turbo will be on hold man being married means so many compromisses o well

so whats the options around fmic and putting the stock intake manifold back will that work can the pipping fit for that ?

i was thinking of the impeller swipe but thinking more alone the t-trim option since the motor is build

for the cog set-up is that a one shot thing i did not see to many cog pulley sizes over at vortech . so would it be best to just get the smallest cog set-up and be done with it?

i believe the injectors i am using are the 650cc i will have to chk on that as i did get the tuner kit from stillen

i do have water-meth on my setup so i will be able to get a litte more agressive with the timing that should help a little on the hp side

As far as front mount intercooler there is no option right now . Now if Sasha does evohunter's car with a front mount and offers that to people looking for a air to air that would be cool .

Now as far as the cog pulleys you can't just put the smallest one in there .
You need a 30 teeth supercharger pulley 35 mm wide one a 34 jack shaft pulley
then 560 8m gr 20 cog belt . Then call vortech and get the idler pulley that keeps the cog belt from moving.

I am confident that it can be done. I think the 2.5" piping can be run in front of the wheel well liner on each side, then step up to 2.75" for the MAF sensors. This way they (MAF sensors) will be able to flow about 600hp (like the turbo kits). The FMIC feed pipe would go across the engine bay through the passenger side intake. I would use the same FMIC that was used on the twin scroll build:

TRTT9 Intercooler Twin Turbo Intercooler- TREADSTONE PERFORMANCE

That FMIC would allow for any supercharger upgrade as it will flow a lot of air, and do a fantastic job of cooling it as well.
