I think the issue is the 650cc injectors. Not the pump or the lack of a return system. I am on the same 650cc injectors and they were close to

I think the issue is the 650cc injectors. Not the pump or the lack of a return system. I am on the same 650cc injectors and they were close to maxing out at 530ish rwhp. Wonder what the result would be with the 255lph and say 850cc injectors.

its possible its related but FI ran into the same issue around 550whp, they had to compensate by adding more fuel up top

Hmm, knowing that, I'll definitely wait and see. I'm using 750cc injectors with the 340lph fuel pump. I'll be getting tuned soon and will post up the info in a separate thread.
