I got the final version of the 7At VB upgrade complete. The car drives so nice!
The shifts are 3x as firm (stock is prety mushy). I love the faster response time! I think this has a lot to do with preference. Some guys are going to want lightning fast shifts that can handle 700whp. This is not for me! I do t track the car, I just want my 500+Whp that will smoke most cars on the road.
If you want the best, go with the stage 4 by GTM. I drove a 370 at SAMs shop with TT setup. It was much faster shift times, but with that came a more "race" feel with less luxury than I am in for. After all I bought the Infiniti
The only question now is how long I can keep my stock tranny alive while I abuse it on the road. I'm told 500+ Whp will eat any stock tranny. Maybe I need the GTR trans?
I'll keep posted on my experience with it! (maybe a video or 2)
