Hope the car is faster than this thread is moving. Looks great Nick! I might be in NY soon, maybe I stop by to see it!

back with a massive update after a bit of a hiatus! Check the first page for new pictures and a start up video.
The car is now running, it started up immediately with no issues. I had to fix 3 or 4 coolant leaks, the passenger side banjo fitting for the coolant feed kept leaking, I finally got it to stop but nearly stripped the damn thing, what a bitch that was. Remaining TODO: Swap differentials Install catback Install gauges |

thanks guys! the car sounds pretty beastly with no exhaust, I could imagine someone running some straight pipes on a TT. You can hear the turbos spool quite easily like this, but you can also actually hear a bit of compressor surge at the end of the video. The BOV's closed before the air had fully escaped, I think they might need a weaker inner spring, I'm going to call Sam today and find out what springs they are using.
Ron and Digi have you heard any compressor surge with your kits? |

I have been driving mine with no exhaust for a little while as I wait for my new one to get here and I don't see a point in putting my stock one back on. It sure is loud but it's got such a unique sound. It's fun for a bit but gets old fast. I should have my new one this week. I've only heard that sound when I let off the gas at very low boost. ~ 2psi. I always figured it was just the BOV's chattering a bit.

Yeap. I get some fluttering at very low boost too.
