It's hard to tell from these pictures because I can't see what (if anything) is connected to the left outlet of the catch can. If one was trying to "tee" the PCV lines together, I wouldn't route the passenger side line like picture shows.

In our Supercharger Installation manual, we tee the PCV lines together and page 71 & 72 shows how we did that. Much tidier than what you've got going on there with the zip tie to the upper radiator hose.

Anyway, I would check the turbo inlet pipes to make sure the 3/8" NPT to 5/8" barb fittings are installed. If neither pipe has it, then you need to pull one or both off, drill & tap the pipe, install a fitting and route the PCV line to the pipe. Make sure that the PCV line isn't going get caught up in any moving components or rub on any sharp edges/components in the engine bay.

Here are the links to the instruction manuals I referenced in this post:

Nothing is connected to the left side of catch can.

Also since I have Motordyne Manifold, my PCV outlets are already tee'd off so its easy to route a catch can.

Jnaut just obviously didnt know what he was doing or just didnt care. Not sure what was the case.
