*Edit, added Cell's photo-

This photo is from Cell's build thread. You can see what I'm talking about, the top pipe...

I need to see this on the car.

Look in Cell's build thread. He had pics.

I'm running Berk exhaust and had an exhaust shop mod it to work with the original Boosted Performance kit.

The way it comes from me, you have three options. One is the F.I dual 2.5" exhaust system, second is a down pipe to mate to the OEM exhaust system or any other exhaust system that would bolt up to the OEM Y-pipe outlet. The last option is me leaving the Y-pipe unfinished as I have done with a couple of customers. I still send the 2-bolt flanges, just not welded. This way an exhaust shop can simply cut the Y-pipe (dual pipes) down to length, and weld two flanges on. Usually about $150-$200.

I have 8 kits available. One was just finished this weekend and going out to a happy customer this week. Will be working on finishing the rest (takes about a week per kit) so I will be finishing another by the end of this week.

Not exactly a good picture but it is on the car.

The original piping that came with the BP kit was a bit long so they had to cut it.

One other small improvement that was made...the oil relocation take off plate is not modified a bit to creat more room for the charge pipe.

As the charge pipe comes through from the turbo, there really isn't all that much room:

So now the plate has one side machined flat to douple the clearance between it and the intercooler pipe;

Sometimes the small things go a long way

That's a good idea. That area was very tight.

Spohn, Here is mine - Sasha just left the Y pipe straight sections long and shipped loose 2 two bolt flanges.

Then I drove the car to my awesome shop guys and they cut the straights to length, welded the 2 bolt flanges on, and the whole thing bolts up to my un-modified CNT exhaust.

Driving it to the shop was a blast... NO exhasut at all... hehe

Another thing we did was add a bracket to secure the end of the recirc pipe.

With open dumps the recirc return is capped off and kind of hanging out there.

It does flex with the stainless flex pipe. You would not want this to flop down at the wrong time right when you were crossing over a high spot in the road.

There could be some serious damage done.

My shop guy built a hanging bracket that bolts onto the end of the recirc cap clamp - worked great.

Hello Sasha,

Thought you were going to get rid of me huh? hehe.

Well, Thats too bad. i literally sat here and read this entire thread for hours of my lonely Saturday while TDY in the boring city of Wichita Texas. I am very glad to hear about all the success of your 370Z kit. and as you know, your kit was amazing on my 350Z. but I had problems with the car (not related to your kit) and decided it was time to upgrade… remember how I said I wanted to get a 370Z just so I could get one of your kits? Welp I bought an 09 Mag Black touring Sport M6… and within the next 12 months I am hoping to be ordering one of these kits. But an unnamed shop will not be in this build. I will be doing all the work, and taking it to Zcargarage to have it tuned. I just wanted to stop by and let you know that you will be hearing from me within the next year. I had great results on my 350Z and I can't wait to see the results on the 370.

I can speak for this guys great customer support and quality of his products, I will never consider any other direction. and wouldn't recommend any other direction either. keep up the great work Sasha, I will be talking to you soon.

-Kyle

Good to hear from you Kyle. I appreciate the feedback both on the kit and the customer service. It something I take pride in, and those who have bought a BP product know exactlywhat you are talking about. I also look forward to doing business with you in the future. The 370z kit is just as easy to install, and is capable of even more than the original mid mount kit.

Your welcome, You deserve it. Im excited to know the results are even better on the 370Z. I look forward to doing business with you… Again, and am excited to see the results.
