I will do my best. The guys are F.I are great, spoke to Tony for about 15 minutes a short while ago....very nice guy, and has a lot of ideas/views as I do when it comes to taking care of his customers. I am sure we will come up with something soon...they are very busy as well.
As for those still following this...a couple of more morning shots: Have to go out and get some 3" exhaust clamps for this one:

Sasha (or others) would you know/recommend a shop in the Ottawa area where we can get your kit installed? I'm a bit of a neophyte in the area of force induction although been following related treads for quite a while.
Now that it looks we will not get more power from the next generation of Z's (Mini Z ???), and can get a well engineered canadian product, I think I'm ready for the big jump. Thanks Sasha, Keep going with the good work. |

Aaaaaaaan all together now:
Tomorrow I will see if I can get a new set of pipes tacked up in the jigs...see how long that takes. Overall I am very happy with how the jigs turned out, and fitment should be perfect. I still have to order a coule of flanges for the Tial MV-S gates. They will be used on the diverter tube, where the gates connect (lower left jig). Now I need to order some more 2" 90deg elbows..enough for the 6 kits I plan on building right away. IC piping is much easier to duplicate, so no worries there. Something to note...The kits will use one Tial BOV not two like the original kit. It will be located at the intercooler inlet just below the scavenge pump on the U bend in this picture: This is the main reason the kit is a bit cheaper than I had initially posted. At the same time with the BOV being there, those that purchase the kit for California, the charge pipes will look more like a CAI vs. a turbo kit. The only way one can tell the difference is if they look at the intercooler. It closes the OEM bumper opening rather well, so it not as obvoius unless one knows what to look for.

Not taking anything away from this awesome kit. Just saying that an FMIC and a purpose-built crash beam are apples and oranges from a safety perspective.

Round of applause I agree with what you, the only thing I miss about my crash beam is my tow hook. The JIG's look awesome
