The recirculation will the options, and open dump will be standard. It is a real PITA to recirculate, and it will cost more to do it, hence it being an option.

Injectors are very easy to do, you just make sure to put some clean oil on your finger tip, and lube the rings before sliding them in to the rail, and back on the car. They slip right in there.

Yes, there will be a tuner version available for sure.

What is the benefit of running open dump for the waste gates?

Will you have some optional changes?
If someone already has a decent oil cooler and doesn't want the one in the kit, will you subtract the amount from the kit?
Also, if he wants to have different BOVs, such as HKS, will it be possible?

Bet boosted has this thing at the dyno already LOL!
Well, turbos on many OEM applications are protected by splash plates. I am not worried about the turbo rusting away or anything, merely a curiosity. Plus, the SS hotsides are much lighter, which is nice, particularly where you have pipes supporting part of the turbo's weight. Anyway, based on BP's response, looks like it's not even an option here.

The heat alone will prevent the housing from rusting, it may develope a bit of surface corrosion but that is as far as it will go.
I think there are Tial Sport SS hotsides available for a broader range of Garrett turbos: link

In theory, even less exhaust back-pressure since the exhaust that bypasses the turbo gets vented to atmosphere rather than back into the exhaust system. However, I have to believe that for most street applications, the performance difference is nominal.

To add to the above statements....the open dump gates will be loud...very loud at WOT. If you stay out of boost there is no noise at all because the wastegates are closed. It get's loud as you approach boost spring pressure, and during WOT runs.

The turbo would spool just a tad quicker because a lot of the exhaust is diverted to atmosphere through the wastegates. It does not need to flow to the back with the exhaust that goes through/out the turbine.

No, you can't damage anything. It is just a valve, where things go after it does not matter.
