Honestly though, I think most of the buyers are willing to wait the extra time it takes to get it done as long as it is done right. I know I am.
I am in no rush, all the work Sasha put into this alone makes it worth the wait.

@Boosted: Did you consider a SS turbine housing for weight savings and corrosion prevention considering the placement of the turbo?

why does the placement matter for this? It wouldn't be the same if the turbo was anywhere else? I'm sure the customer can choose those options if they want to spend the extra coin. My turbo turbines are ceramic coated but I havn't seen any turbos around here suffering from corrosion and we have tons of humidity and salt air.

Bet boosted has this thing at the dyno already LOL!

Can we get them coated before they're shipped out? My Z is always in the garage anyway but still would like to protect this investment as mush as possible

Well, for starters there is no such thing as a SS divided turbine housing...remember, this is a twin scroll turbo system. On top of that, I use Precision turbos and Precision does not offer this as an option, only Garrett turbo does. They also only offer it for the GT35R turbo and the GT42 (a rather large turbo). The heat alone will prevent the housing from rusting, it may develope a bit of surface corrosion but that is as far as it will go.

Thank you. This project is now complete so there probably won't be any more pictures, although I took a lot more than I posted. This thread will be a good source for DIY installs.

The turbo will not be shipped from me. It will come direct from my supplier, along with the fuel pump, UpRev, Intercooler, BOV's, waste gates, and injectors. This saves you guys about $250 as I would have to pay for the items to ship here, and then back across the border. It is also cheaper to do this in the U.S than here.

The only thing that I'm worried about is the demon bolt which I put TP's on so not to worried about that and putting in the fuel pump and injectors

it really isnt that hard to get off, just get some extentions and take your time on it, pb blaster it a few days before you do it and it should come off easy.

Just get your kitty (eavater) to do it.

Injectors are very easy to do, you just make sure to put some clean oil on your finger tip, and lube the rings before sliding them in to the rail, and back on the car. They slip right in there.
