wow, very good price.

Don't get too excided, 370z will be more. There will be one extra wastegates, one extra BOV, one more intake (charge piping)...that alone is an extra $500 in parts, not to mention labor involved. This kit will also include an oil cooler..ect. Things add up in a hurry.

The exhaust piping is also much more complex with the twin scroll turbine housing vs open T4.

:bowrofl: That is not how I operate. Once it's done, working 100% and I am 100% confident and happy with the entire kit, I will be more than happy to take your money.

BTW, making some good progress today...things are looking very promising. Will post pictures later.

How long will it take to get the kit carb approved after completion?

race cars aren't carb approved.....duh! But in all reality thats a long and expensive process. I wouldn't worry about it, passing inspection shouldn't be an issue w/ proper tune.

It won't be carb approved because it literally replaces your cats. Unless you get some sort of custom exhaust put together with cats after the mid mount turbo kit.

I'm not sweating Carb worst case I put the car in my dads name in NY or my name in Nevada or Florida Texas Arizona...idc this is worth the hassle if it becomes a problem here in CA... or even maybe just move... solve the issue all together... haha

Umm, here in CA there is no way you would pass, even with a great tune that put out less emissions than the standard. :shakes head:

Its called pay the guy an extra amount or have a friend that smogs... but then the only issue you run into is if you get a ticket to go have a state place check you out and you fix it before you bring it. but with this being mid mounted the noise levels from it should be less since it is a single and you wont really be in the boost around town, also for the fmic just get it coated in black.

But on a side not this will not pass any smog what so ever in any legal form.

AWD vehicles dont get put on rollers, so they sit there and just get reved at least from what i have seen, so it all comes down to visual.

I wonder how it (or any aftermarket Forced Induction kit) would do with the stupid E-test in Ontario, Canada...
