Nissan 370Z Forum - Boosted Performance single turbo build

Hey hey hey...you better watch it there with the long winter crap. I have had enough of it. 6 month of snow on the ground is plenty.

One of my customers will be going down to R/T tuning for a custom tune with the kit. Once this car is tuned, the base maps will be very good, since they are built right from scratch by one of the best UpRev tuners around. This will become the base map.

So good we wouldn't need to dyno tune our setup if we didn't want to?

But Sasha, how close is it? Can we flog on it a bit with this tune?

I have noticed that it is super rich under load, other than that no real issues with the current base tune, no codes or anything like that. I have been doing my best to stay out of the power in gears higher than 4, and I am only running about 6-7psi of boost currently.

Shes getting tuned the end of this month, and with snow back in the forcast she wont see much road time.

I would still encourage customers to put the car on the dyno just to make sure everything is good. There are a lot of variable when it comes to tuning....and it is always best to make sure everything is right before going out and pushing things.
