I have told everybody local to avoid them, subie guys Z 's and down the line. It's the business owners responsibility to fix the issues. We have paid for services and expect them to stand behind the work. I'm still fighting issues with my system and have been since late September. I was told that it would cost me around $3500 more to get the system fixed. Trust me I'm almost done with it all---$12,000 so far--. So trust me I'm with you on what you have said and done. I haven't been as civil as you have been. I can care less what the shop that did my install thinks.
