I'm one of those people with the Stillen SC maxing out the stock MAFs, at about 7000 RPM and, as Sam said, low 400WHP I was pegging them out. I went to the GTM MAFs and they solved all of my issues.

So to be clear you have that company make you custom MAf's to your specs? They way you worded it before you were saying that they are the same sensors...
I'm happy to clarify it for you.

Our Upgraded MAF Sensors are custom made to our specifications.

They are NOT UpRev GT MAF sensors.

I hope that helps.

Are you running any upgrades on your Stillen kit? The kit stock will be fine with stock MAFs.

i have 9lb pulley(but seeing 10.5 lb up top) and i am adding water/meth even as we speak but i am also making more the 430whp

just want to know if i go for the 928 impeller and a 10-11lb pulley will i max out the stock maf

i am even going over some ideas with my tuner to convert the stillen kit to a blow-throught and move the maf closer to the tb you get a much better reading from the maf sensors that way

Yea, at 9 lbs your will be at the limits of the MAF. A 928 impeller and more boost will def max out the MAF on the Stillen set up. Two upgraded MAFs will be a little over kill so you should see what you can do with making the diameter of the piping larger...

It's not as easy as saying what HP levels you're going to max it out considering every dyno reads differently but yeah with those upgrades you will def. be maxing out the stock MAFs.

What are you doing for your fuel system? Have you upgraded that at all?

Edit: Should have been more clear, I mean over what Stillen supplies you with.

I'm bring the thread back from the dead b/c after checking my data logs on my MAF volts they are maxed out @5.03 volts now my car pulls hard but high RPM it doesn't quite pull as hard as it has in the past.

And by the way I'm @471rwhp and on meth it is 496rwhp well below the 600rwhp people have stated the stock MAF are good for.(I have a GTM Stage 1.5 SC 11psi)

On the Cipher bank 1 and bank 2 are very consistent until the volts start going up high, then bank 1 is very erratic and it my be bad(I haven't got that far).(also been throwing code P0106)

Anybody has any comments or advise chime in as I'm doing my homework now.
