I always thought that downpipes eliminated the cats. How were you able to get a catted downpipe setup? Was this a custom job?

They do. The cats are an optional extra on the FI exhaust.

Motordyne E370, 3"dp and open dumps. Sounds mint. WOT it is loud in cabin but source's have told me that outside it isn't as apparent

I remember reading once that motordyne would offer full 3" piping since their exhaust is modular, but I never saw any examples. Is that what you got?

I know that the exhaust uses dual 2.5" primary tubes for low end to upper midrange power and torque then from the midpipe muffler back it utilizes 3" exhaust tubes minimizing flow resistance and yielding maximum high RPM power.

From Motordyne:
The progressive expansion of tube diameter and exhaust flow area optimizes pulse scavenging while minimizing flow resistance and pressure drop. The result is maximum power and torque for NA and FI applications up to 700 HP
