Our dealership, Deland Nissan, does stillen S/C installs that won't void your warrantee as long as you go to Deland, no promises if you go to another dealership

Yeah, Osiris on here got his car and the Stillen kit installed at Deland. Derek, their GTR tech did the install, top notch work, he's super good at what he does, only guy we let maintain our cars. The only hiccup, is taht the out of the box tune from Stillen was sh!t and he had to go get it protuned at a performance shop down south to get it running right. Since it was custom tuned, i am not sure if the warrantee for the car/super charger kit is still intact, you'd have to ask Osiris about that.

It also sounds SICK!
The drivability after adding the TT kit was one of my favorite parts about the car. If I was driving normal, the car drove like stock, but when I opened it up it was a monster! It was like a sleeping giant lol. Being all stock on the exterior mine was kind of a sleeper haha.

Oh yeah! That is what I am hoping for as well.

OP:

If you are worried about warranty claims, you should just wait until you have 36k on the clock. Then you can mod away and not be worried anymore. I just said bump it and started the process. I am coming up on 3yrs and the milage, so it doesn't really matter anymore for me. Greddy TT for the win!

I'd say leave it alone. If you want more power, buy a GT-R, Viper, Z06, GT500, etc. etc. etc.

Any time you add significantly more power than the car came with from the factory, you can double that cost to balance it, easily. New suspension, brakes, driveline bits, or replacements when they go, etc. etc. etc. etc. etc.

Buying the car you want is easier/cheaper in the long run than building the one you want from an existing car that wasn't designed to be what you want in the first place.

The longer I own my Z the more I am appreciating the stock power. So my plan is to take the advice of a lot of the members here and invest in a helmet, oil cooler and a bunch of HPDE sessions until I know how to push the Z to the limit (on the track) and be confident that I am not the bottleneck in the maximum performance equation.

You may already be at that place, so disregard if that is the case.

All these reasons are exactly why I parted mine out and bought a GT-R lol.

/\ I think the OP has a 100K warrantee, that's a really long time to wait.

/\ 100% true and great advice, bolt ons and n/a mods are one thing, doubling whp with FI is a whole other ball of wax.

Plus 1000 for what he is saying , I'm having a stillen SC put on my 2011 G37 with only 9k on the car, I bought the kit from the dealer and am having them install it and they are not voiding any part of my warrenty.

100% of your warranty is not thrown out the window when you add a SC or TT.
I would consult with your dealership you plan to use for warranty repairs and maintenance and see what they will say. I threw on a SC at 19k miles and still have had warranty work done.

I really appreciate the advice on here, and not getting bashed for questions, Yeah Derek was the one i spoke too. I love deland nissan, and the Z meet i believe his name was mike or something, had a black Z with a supercharger with black volk TE-37s, looked sick!!!! He said he alot of problems with the tune, took him a few months to get it right from stillen.

And i agree with the comment above about costing as much to balance that power, that makes alot of sense. Hm...decisions decisions.

If you plan on keeping the car for at least 4 more years then I was say do it.. If not then you are throwing money down the drain cause not only can't you get your money back for modds you end up selling for less then a stock car.
If you go FI I would go with the S/C just because it would still be possible to part it out and recoupe some of your money, as with a TT kit paying someone to un-install it would be pointless.
Save up and get a GT-R in a few years is what I wish I would have done.
