Hey coop, i checked out those runs on youtube and the ones with your STI those were sweet. that was some good driving in the subaru, too by you and your tuner. I'd love to check out your TTg37 at a northeast meet hopefully in the spring, looks fun Last edited by Jeffblue; 12-07-2011 at 11:01 PM. |

Hey Jeff,
Thanks. The opening run on my Subaru vid, had me whacking away at my shifter. Violent! My best was an 11.16".... You can see how subtle, yet effective, Junior's shifting and launch were. He went three tenths quicker. I'm still not talking to him. And that's how Flippin' HARD it is to go fast at the drags. (click my vid below and it will show my other vid on the sidebar) Coop

Did the AEM give you launch control capability? It sounded like it at the line. Getting that big GT35R spun up was key.

Damn the torpedoes. I've figured out my boost controller and Atco will be 45° and sunny tomorrow. They ran all day today. I called.
Just sayin'.... Now to convince my wife it's a good idea. Coop

Four passes in the elevens. Best of 11.74@118.
A great day, regardless of not beating my prior best. Walkin the walk... Coop

Thanks guys. I posted from the road.
Now 'baldie maypop' 305/45x18 BF Goodrich T/A Drag Radials. We will order non Drag Radials tomorrow to take me into April. Got a vid from the inside cab and from the outside stands, I'll post somewhere in the next few days. My tuner John took the vid from behind. Nice and clear launch with the tires howling to second. Best 60' time: 1.76". Starting the get this off the line better. To the topic: It was mentioned in the lanes that some 'Infiniti' ran a 10.9 with a Stillen supercharger in the past month. I'd LOVE to have seen that. Ghost rider.... Coop

11.74 et - NOT tens....
I mentioned I'd post a vid. I actually compiled two of them to give the FULL experience.
It's 720hd, blow it up. Or link: Infiniti G37 Drag Strip ? 11.74" et ? From inside and stands - YouTube I love the tire howling from the rear. I don't get to listen to that. Coop
