Nice! What was the CR on that car?

He said he tried and could not get them to fit. That's when he asked me to bring the dump pipes so he could install those instead.

So you are going to keep the dumps or work something to recirculate? Depending on how loud mine is, I may be in the same boat with you. And as always, looks like you beat me to it again.................

I am recirculating, when do you get back man?

Made a couple of changes and added links to the OP. I will try to get the car to a dynojet next week. Exhaust leak has been fixed.

I should be back in June if all goes as planned. I'll definitely compare notes when I check out your beast. Hopefully, there won't be much for me to do problem wise. Maybe just some minor adjustment if anything..........

I will probably sleep for a few days first though, lol!

we tried to install the recircs. also but its gonna take a bit to get it to fit up correctly. if the actual kit was installed correctly the first time he would not have these issues. it just takes a bit of time and patience to install the kit correctly. after thinking about it the other day, the wastegate feed pipes shouldve been left loose up top and everything on the bottom side shouldve been tightened up first then roll to the top and tighten the last four bolts mating to the manifold. that way, it would not tweak the actual wastegate it self. regardless, the tt kit did impress us after we retuned the base map for 93 octane and also houston weather. gtm builds top notch stuff, we have used there products before and had a few issues here and there but nothing major. we do sell there kits and install there products. thumbs up to gtm for a well put together kit and high five to little ron for letting us tune it and run through his install issues!

While I agree that GTM makes an extremely good kit, there were some fitment issues with this particular kit. I appreciate the breakdown on how to install the wastegate piping. Regardless, after attempting the same procedure that you outlined, the fitment on the lower pipe was off by nearly 1/4 inch. I am always very patient with my installs and have taken the time to do things right by both the customer and the manufacturer of the kit. To this point in time I have had very few complaints on my methods of working. I can assure you that the issues that have come up with my customers have been resolved to their satisfaction and they can attest to that.

LOL??? We did discuss this, Sam. And after trying all i could with the driver side piping the fitment was still off. I am still extremely impressed with this and all the other kits we have installed from you. I have only had minor issues with fitment and all those issues have been resolved.
