Default how fast is FI'ed Z and satisfaction - part 2

Last time, I've asked how fast is FI'ed Z in numbers.
Today, since I've never got a chance to ride/drive a FI'ed Z, I would like to hear some of you who went FI route about how is FI'ed Z in feeling.
For instance, it is much faster than (e92, corvette, shelby) on straight line, etc. Or my car was so scary at first, but I am used to it now...
I'd prefer listen to more S/C guys because that's what I am looking at, but TT experiences are totally fine.

Also, if you have a chance to go back to the day before you decide to do FI, would you do it again? or save up money/want a better car?

Thanks again!

With the stg.1 S/C you'll be faster than the M3, but not faster than a Z06 or Gt500.

Stage 1 tt kit over 10 PSI and you'll be faster then pretty much any stock car from a roll under 100k.
It took a little getting use to the power at first. I wasn't use to the back end braking lose at over 60mph and drifting from side to side having come from AWD cars before the Z. But you get use to it and build nerves. Now I'm ready to see what 700whp feels like.

It takes some getting use to the RWHP at first but very satisfied with the GTM stage 1 SC.
For me, I don't think I need much more power, just an exhaust and maybe VVEL control if/when that gets cracked. Besides that maybe aftermarket lsd and bbk then I'm done.

VVEL control is not coming, but the gt-r manifold is which should add some more power

I have the stg 2 SC on my G, and i say it's a draw between me and a e92 M3 with the DCT.

Really? There are videos out there of bolt on N/A 370s that already keep up with E9X M3s. My Z always runs even with my friend's DCT M3 on a closed road, you should be able to walk all over an M3 with a stage 2 SC.

Ill make a bet right now that the GTR manifold doesn't provide any worthwhile power gains. There is nothing inherent in its design that makes it any more aggressive of a manifold than the VHR manifold. Matter of fact, the VHR manifold is more highly engineered piece. I will be surprised to see a change of more than +/- 5-10hp anywhere in the powerband. I think its just as likely to lose power as it is to gain, only testing will tell.

If I had to **guess**, I would expect it to pick up a little torque at best.

Yea i think there is something wrong too, but i'm talking out of honesty here, e92 M3 is not that easy to deal with, at least in my car.

E92 M3 have like 410-420 crank hp (forgot exact number). I am assuming you have 420-450 WHP? M3 also weighs 3,700+ lbs

its easy to say that and all but I feel like a g35s tt and an e92 m3 with dct(faster than manual) and it being even is no surprise and understandable. now take a g37 or 370z nd tt it vs e92m3 and there should be no comparison.

going back to topic more 370 fi stories please I'm interested to hear opinions as well.

I went thought 2 different setups on my 350z,

Aps single turbo+ stock engine for about a year
GTM stg 2 + built engine. 1 yr till now..

I must say, if I have the chance to do it again, I would do the same, except of choosing TT first and go for less aggressive cams to keep the power band lower.

My car hit 601whp and daaaaamn it's feeling that cannot be described. I cannot understand how ppl go for 700whp and more ?!?!? 600 and I don't have the guts to floor it unless I am above 60mph ...
