I am running stock gearing with a os giken lsd.. still way to much wheel spin all the way till the end of 3rd and sometimes 4th if its cold out. That's on a 305/30/19 michelin PSS.. I would definitely not recommend these tires to anyone at this power level

Thanks. I'm runnin 20s.. Yokohama s drive 285 n I spin all 3rd.. 4th gear I can finally hook somewhat.. Hmmm kinda disappointed in hearing the os giken lsd didnt help u much... You think it's the brand? Is quaife better or is it at this power level we need more of an efficient wheel/tire suspension?

This is to be expected in the cold with any performance tire.

Even at 50-60 that is still not warm enough for a good summer tire in a correctly set up car.

PSS are good all around tires but when it comes to dry weather traction there are better tires for traction.

RE-11
AD08
RS3

All 3 of these tires perform better in dry warm temp's there are even a few others that do better.

Lol this is so inaccurate

There is more to traction than just tires

I guess r888 is the winner? Lol I'm thinking going 18' wheels to get better price and more size options on tires.

When changing to the auto final drive, can we correct the speedo using UpRev?

We can stuff a 335/30/19 on the rear right? I want to run a 335 with as little camber as possible if I can...

I just fit 305s on my rears and need maybe a 10-15mm spacer to flush them out again. 335s may be possible.

Anyways I recommend S-04s. They do an outstanding job especially for the price. I bought 265/305s shipped from tirerack for $900. Doesn't feel so bad to piss through tires...

Yeah I started digging through it and it looks like you'd need an 11.5" wheel to pull off 335's correctly.

The RE-11's come in a 305/30 and 325/30
305 - 12.2" wide and 26.3" tall measured on an 11" wheel
325 - 13" wide and 26.7" tall measured on an 11.5" wheel

These haven't been mentioned in here at all but I had bfgoodrich g-force kdw's on my 350z in 265/35/20. I had 430whp and 400tq with these. I thought they grabbed considerably well.

Has anybody else had any experience with these?

I have been looking at these recently. These are 1 of the 3 tires available in 295x35x19.

How was the road noise if you can recall. I have heard only negative reviews in regards to road noise. However the stock yoko advans are noisy and only have gotten noisier as they wear down.

Im approaching 18k and the fronts on the outsides are completely worn down.

I am now considering Continental Extreme Contact DW. Looks like a good compromise, much cheaper then the advans, should have longer life and should be plenty grip for a tt daily.

Any thoughts?
