If I had to take a WAG, I think the NA motor needs VVEL tune-ability before serious manifold upgrades can have a huge effect.

But honestly, let's not bother Sam. I'm pretty sure he's got his hands pretty tied up with upgrades and all right now, spamming in the thread and/or his email won't help much. I'd say wait for the press release AND THEN ask questions

People love to speculate without knowing all the facts. A couple points I would like to bring up briefly.

First, the transmission was not low on fluid. Initially, they thought it was, but once they checked the fluid level and confirmed it was not low, that argument was invalid. With almost doubling the engine output with this supercharger, the stock clutch is going to fail sooner than later so I might as well upgrade it while the supercharger is being installed. What is the recommended clutch with the Stage II supercharger?
