I wanted the gtm TT but was way outta my price range, the gtm supercharger was my second pick but like i said the price point allowed me to buy a clutch, flywheel, oilcooler, and half my coilovers, and came to the same price as the gtm. dont get me wrong i wanted to gtm but oh well.

Going back to your original question, I would think as long as you stay out of boost you should be fine getting to your shop.

the drive is like 2 hours away, all highway/freeway driving. im just waiting on a call back from my tuner, so i can let him know hes going to have to make a full tune, im pretty sure i stated this when i talked with him a few weeks ago.. he said around 900 bucks to tune it, sound right?
also, liquid G are u running the gtm?

You can keep the car out of boost on the 2 hour drive you have to take.I did the same thing with my car with just a base map not even Stillen's tune. Just baby all the way down there just don't full throttle at all.

Yes they can it shouldn't be a problem for him to do. You have the right idea give him a call.

Should be easy to tune the kit. If you CAN put on the stillen base map and use that to drive down, that would be ideal. Just don't push the car because the tune is made for 8psi and you have the 9psi pulley..

I guess the question is how many Stillen kits actually blew up the car in the first 2 hours. Anyone? Anyone?

Yah what i did was used the 8psi to get me there, i droped it off this monring at 6 am, had them install the 9psi pulley. with the stillen canned tune the car ran great! surprisingly lol, with the stillen tune i got 397whp-296-tq at 7.6psi pulley
-with the up rev i pulled off 451 whp 312 tq at 8.8 psi - 9 psi pulley
my baseline was 302whp- 237 tq -intake, hi flow cats, cbe.
ill have the dyno sheets up later tonight or early morning, i cant wait to go get it, leaving working in 1 hour to go grab it
