Modification RE7R01B (Patrol / QX56 / M56), is designed for more torque (600 Nm), as opposed to 400 Nm for RE7R01A. Mounted on SUVs and Nissan Fuga Patrol.

Yeah I've mentioned that 3 times in various threads here over the past couple of years. Either it doesn't work, or some vendors would rather not talk about that swap being a cheaper alternative. c.f. http://www.the370z.com/forced-induct...ml#post1155985

Till you get the SC, just swap a 4.10 diff in the car with bolt ons.
It will be quick. not as quick as and SC set up but it will be way faster than the factory set up with a stock motor and stock gears.
