Supercharger question...

I'm leaning toward a SC over a turbo. I think it's time to charge up the bee!! (well almost... about another 4 months)

Anyway, my understanding is that a roots or twin screw is a more efficient power source than a centrifugal SC on low idle. Does anyone manufacture either of those types? Does it really make that much difference?

I am really liking the stage II GTM and will most likely go that route with a pulley swap if I cannot find a roots type (if it even makes sense over a centrifugal).

Any education here would be appreciated.

As far as I know, the only SC options for the 370Z right now are centrifugal SCs.

the only superchargers are centrifugals for our cars because the ecu and throttle controls need to be fully unlocked(standalone) to run a roots, or a twinscrew type.
