1 or 2 step colder plugs?

Anybody know where I can purchase 1 or two step colder plugs online for a '10 370z?

I've searched around and have had a hard time. Can someone please post a part number and what brand exactly their using.

Our stock plugs are Denso FXE24HR11, and they're already pretty cold. Check out this other thread too: Stock Spark Plugs - heat range?

Most F/I setup's need it ...Every time I went F/I i did it and its just safer.. I need it cause I'm using nitrous..

The ideal you're shooting for is "just cold enough to not cause any dangerous knocking" + "hot enough to keep itself clean so it doesn't foul quickly and misfire". It's a delicate balance, and going colder when you don't need to can be detrimental in the long run if those colder plugs build up carbon fouling.

Thanks, I appreciate it.. What heat range did you go with? Is 8 one step colder from stock or its the stock range? Is 9 two steps colder from stock?

Understood.. With any F/I setup though, I don't think the stock plugs were rated to handle the increased temps though.. I'd rather be safe than sorry plus zex recommends it

I just realized that I have the invoice in my email. The part number of the plugs that I have is: 50003-M40HL

I understand the FI thing. Just on a lot of other forums/cars, people have jumped on the "1 step colder" bandwagon on lightly-bolted-on cars. Given that our plugs are already quite cold, I want people to be aware it's probably a patently bad idea unless your setup really warrants it (e.g. FI).
