Will the engine need to be upgraded
with forged internals? I know the engine is rated at 550 tq, this car will be my daily driver, if I need to buy something to make it more reliable then I will.

Good-Supercharge system makes less torque, abrupt torque is what is relay hard on the engine, so having the linear power and torque curve is easier on the engine then a TT set up Bad- The engine on a supercharger will always work harder to get the same power then a TT set up . 500 + RWHP on a super charger is a lot of power for sure but there is couple things that you can do to minimize the tear and wear like running a larger pulley and not redlining the engine all the time .
