I hear ya man, my last open gate was a 20G on E85 with an 18psi spring, I was on 24psi by 3400 rpm.... ya , noisy lol, 38mm so like a screaming banshee..

Open dump is a beautiful thing.
In case I missed it somewhere, is this going to be a single exhaust or are you going to mod an exhaust to make it dual? I had modded up a dual for my Turbonetics kit. The only thing I didn't like it about it was how quiet it was. I know a turbo quiets it down some but it wasn't to my likings. Not sure if it had something to do with the single design exhaust pipe or how it went from single to dual. Here's some pics.

Is that custom? Kinda looks like an Apexi Super GT. I had one on my S13 Fastback. I believe it was a 4.5" exit/tip. Can't remember how large the piping internal diameter was, but it was pretty big. I was always worried about busting it up on the roads in Naples, IT...........
