GTM race logic traction control
Is anybody with a GTM Turbo testing out the traction control.
(by race logic ) |
:ohsnap1: I guess no one has it. If I build my engine I will def. drop the 2k or whatever it is for it, but probably not until I'm consistently putting 600whp to the ground.

A ton of HPF turbo M3s run it and say it makes a huge difference, especially due to the adjustability. From what I gathered, the more power you put down, the more effective it becomes.
|
What is the difference in this and what the VDC does? Would there be a benifit of changing over to the GTM?
|
The difference is night and day. It turns your car into a monster for traction.
Im waiting for mine. Hopefully it will be ready when i get my stage 2 GTM SC. Z |

It is also adjustable: this means you can adjust how much the wheels can slip which is invaluable in getting the maximum power to the road in any given situation. |
Once I build my engine I'm going to get it.

If you watch videos of people driving the Zanda R. you can kinda get a feel for how it works. With a 1-10 setting (just like on GT for playstation.) This would also be very nice to have on a track car. Bet you could get on the gas a lot sooner on corner exits.

Once I build my tt I will have to look into this.

Hey guys thanks for the info. It sounds like if I want to go GTM SC then I should shell out to get this as well just for the fun of it. Thanks again for the info. Now who should I give rep points to?
|
Mine is paid in full (Dec 2010) still waiting . you have to realize with GTM a few weaks usually are months or years in my stage 2 kit.
And im hoping that the launch control works with the 7 AT. Can not wait so set it at 3500 rpm with the drag radials. If it does not work i will be very disapionted. |
