hindi iirc did your mechanic put freon into the car?? if he did he prolly over filled it , this will cause the system to shut down as the temps outside increase so does the high side of the a/c system. after reaches to a certain psi the car will shut the a/c system down
tell the mechanic the high side should be no higher than around 275 psi and no higher than 38 psi low side.

That's 100% correct , you need air flow to condenser/radiator to make the ac compressor work fine.
Many reasons could lead to compressor fail , starting from small sensors till the compressor itself, we are talking about Rotary type compressor which can not hold such heat/pressure . So air flow is MUST.

when we popped the hood their is a sticker that says ferion gas has to be 550psi when we checked it was 200 so we filled it up, but i never knew their was low and high and stuff all i knew is one place to plug in the ferion gas and fill up, but ill check with him when we get the radiator and install everything ill make them recheck everything ferion gas, compressor, fans . the problem is i would have done it now and even maybe do it step by step with u guys, but the car is sold and the owner is so lazy he doesnt care , and everytime i tell him to move his b%% he tells me he has family issues letswait for the radiator ro arrive and then do it all at once !!! , but i care abt his satisfaction that he doesnt even care abt cuz its all abt reputation how can we start building more if this issue is happening , maybe just maybe this issue happens only in our heat if we ran our of solutions ! the car runs perfect in the usa and once it ships and sees our amazin weather it goes , so til i find a solution am going nuts its pausin everythin for me . JNUT can u plz pm me ur cell phone !
thanks

ur right abt the flow thats why i advised the owner to get a stillen front fascia ! its 550 dollars in some site !! we were getting it but guess how much was shipping !! 1200 so we awaaaay so fast heheeheheh
we will just cut the black plastic in infront of the bumper and do a civic EK STYLE HOOD LIFT heheeheh to help get out heat from the engine bay

well finally i convinced the owner to move his bu&& and go to the mechanic today right now their takin off the bumper , intercooler, oil coolers to reach the stock the radiator since its a once pieace part not like the CSF radiator it comes in 2 pieces , i told the mechanic to make sure abt the pressure to be maximum of 275 of the high pressure and 37 for the low , and their is a sticker on the bumper that tells u how much ferion u should add , but anyway how much ferion do u usually add then ? if we cut the black grill in the stock bumper can we move the oil coolers and put them next to each other in front of the empty space ? i doubt we can do that because we will block alot of air hitting the intercooler and radiator and stuff so we will have the same problems so i guess unless we go for the stillen fascia we leave the oil coolers the same way they positioned !?

hindi, i never took any freon out of the car, it was 100% original in the a/c. so if they added some its now overfilled.

jnaut , i never said that u did take off the ferion gas !! maybe u misunderstod wht i ment , anyway they took off the bumper , oil cooler , intercooler, old radiator , installed the new radiator that comes in 2 pieaces of the shruds all i can say is wow u can see the difference from the looks u can see that it will get better cooling not only bybeing bigger by even the shruds are postioned a little different and facing direct air flow , we noticed alot of oil, old oil stain on the on the face of radiator so it coverin it and being old blocking air , everything is installed back , 2 fans were ordered to be positioned on the oil cooler and the radiator and compressor with a switch , the car didnt get tested in hot weather in stop go traffic yet , but tommorow we will find out ! gnaut when the tuner is tuning the car isnt their an option in the uprev to change the fans being on and off by entering a degree ? for example u can choose to put fan opening at 180 and close at 160 ! someone asked me if it has been changed? but i guess if the tuner does change fan settings we should know by now right ? we will keep u posted ,

well the owner is in the car driving in the hottest temp today 49c , the car is perfect in stop go traffic , the only comment is inbetween shifts when shifting slow the ac goes warmish and when u go back in gear it goes cold again , so i guess problem is solved for any tt 370z coming to the middle east or in temps reaching 50c and higher must have CSF radiator, stock thermostate, the plan now is to either cut the stock black grill in the stock bumper or make a custom one stillen look alike , and install 2 fans one on the oil coolers and one facing the radiator and compressor with a switch , oil temps on wot or in stop go raffic are inbetween 195 and 205 on wot , thanks to the special edition oil coolers JNAUT installed. ill keep u guys posted for the further upgrades so we can have a reliable packege for anyone in hot temps like us or even more .thank u guys for giving me the time to share with u and giving me your time and patience to give me your feedbacks

Glad you got it taken care of! I'm looking into the csc radiator myself. I'll also be adding a fan to the oil cooler in hopes to drop down oil temps at least another 10 degrees.

ryan, its going to be hard to compete with his oil temps as when i built it i installed 2 oil coolers totalling about 80+ rows ,lol. you get the p/s figured out?

Still waiting for the pump to get here:/ If the fan on the cooler doesn't help, I'll add another 25 row to the right side of the bumper.

yeah am sure in any build 2 coolers or even 4 is a must , please be advised its not even august yet ! do u know it reaches 60c !!!!
so a radiator extra fans and a stilllen front fascia would be a must in my build although i really dont wana change the bumper or cut anything from it , maybe if we changed the hood to a vented one with ram air option it would do the job anyway the car on the streets here willl be my testrat but as u know the issue is gone but not 100% cuz til now when shifting threw gears the ac goes hot and cold again when ur into gear so when u press the clutch it goes hot and when u release it goes cold again , so it needs more air and fans am sure once we do that it will be fine now , august is the big test , guys do u know if this survived in august with no trouble , do u know how strong and amazing the metarials of this kit is ? even the porsche turbo in august brake down alot in the streets u can see them being lifted hehehehe

well i just got bad news the owner lost against a c6 with zo6 with boltons ,cams, tune but whts cool that since the car is here he smashed stock c6,stock z06,porsche turbo,r8,cbr600 , so he id dying for more boost but their is no boost controller hehehehehe

thats where i like to make my suspense in the next build a boost controller will be in and maybe some rods and pistons so we can goo way higher and use the real power of the gtm stage 2 kit

peace
