I'm running the southbend stage 4 clutch/flywheel with the zspeed csc. Have nothing but hood things to say about both. If you want a streetable clutch that can handle a beating this is what id go for. Very streetable, with 0 slip. Running 7k miles so far.

I had my JWT setup on for about 4,000 boosted miles with no problems. Made a couple track passes with it and daily drove it and it was very comfortable the whole time. I ended up selling the car to purchase a GT-R but the setup still looked pretty much brand new when I took it off the car. It did have some chatter though, not nearly as bad as other vehicles I've heard though.

My build is featuring Competition Clutch's Twin Disk and Z Speed CSC. Gonna be a while before I can comment on how it works out since I am deployed, but we will see next summer. I can't wait.
Any others care to share their clutch setup status as of late? I am curious about the OS Touring Twin Disk folks as well.............

Rob what did you pay for that setup if you don't mind me asking? Are you also using their flywheel?
Any experience with the Southbend TZR? I was considering the DXD Stage4 but apparently people are having issues engaging 1st and R.

As far as price for the Comp Clutch Twin Plate and Z Speed CSC, I was quoted the prices off the websites, but I have been dealing with Mike Bailey (Zerolift Autolab) for quite a few years and he has always squared me away.

Mike was trying to make it so I got one of the first ones that they run off, but that didn't happen because of timing. I asked him the same thing after going to Comp's website. I guess he has used Comp's products before and spoke to them about how Zerolift is doing my build. That is how he came up with the info. I will speak with Mike and see if he will chime in and speak on the matter.

You have an ACT as well? I had it on my G35 for 50k miles and it never slipped... and I had at least 100 runs down the drag strip with it. I have a 188 time slips from that car.

They use better materials and clutch linings in their kits than any other clutch company I have dealt with. They use ZERO Chinese parts on there kits, Unlike just about every other clutch company. |

That's wassup then. I just saw a rack of domestic cars on their webpage. Obviously, I have zero experience with their products. Thanks for sharing the correct info.
Hopefully my Competition clutch twin disk has minimal (fingers crossed for zero) Chinese parts, lol. Sent from my HTC Dream using Tapatalk
