Any opinions on SC for a 28k mileage Z
I would like to hear some opinions on putting a GTM stg 1 SC kit on my Z, i would be doing the full deal where they pick my car up and get it tuned and installed by them since im out of country. my car currently has about 28,000 miles on it i would say 1/8 of those miles are city, the rest are highway.....it hasnt been abused, but like i told mike at GTM......who doesnt let the car's legs stretch.....there is a slight tick to the valves but sometimes i think im hearing the throwout bearing and input shaft.....either way if they found something wrong i would have them repair it there. I wont be getting into anything extreme just around 400 to 450 hp, any opinions on my situation.
Thanks guys, Luke BY THE WAY SO FAR GTM HAS BEEN AWESOME AND ONLY TALKED THROUGH EMAILS

I got the tick to, Its only there when the car is warmed up, but I think its normal on these cars. As for the throwout bearing I think that might be normal. Its like a rattle correct. They all seem to do that.

The drivetrain in these cars is proving to be extremely robust and reliable under forced induction applications, you should have no problems supercharging your Z with 28k on the odo. The only thing you might have to replace is the clutch for preventative measures because even though the OEM clutch can handle the power, the mileage will have taken a bite out of the clutch friction material.
