Quaife or Carbonetic LSD

So after deciding on changing my differential

I researched some of the threads on forum and I saw that these two are the most common between the track guys

I use my Z in drag strips, tracks and I want something that won't turn me down when I start to drift. it's also my only car so it's a daily use. so I guess the 2way is the best choice for that use ( give me your opinions on that please )

I heard that aftermarket differentials make some sounds !! what kinda sound is it !? is it noisy, will it get on my nerves specially when it's a daily use !? and which one makes less sounds !?

When it come to install, is there any modifications required !? I have a touring w/out the sport pkg.

although all of them are HD which one tends to last longer

Oh i almost forgot is there a NEGATIVE side of getting an aftermarket differential !?
