The Carbonetic will have a tighter lock up.
The Quaife will be a little quieter and have less maintenance.

unsure if you're kidding or not as i think it's been said already, but no quaife is a gear type so it's quiet. No clutches to engage or release and no tire scrubbing in parking lots.
